11-11-08 Below is a sigalert 'brown diamond' indicating some sort of non-injury accident. The details struck me as funny. I know this is age-profiling, but based on the exchange of dialogue between participants and law enforcement, you can just IMAGINE how old the participants are. How can they tell if there's any damage? I mean, just how fast CAN you go in a car wash parking lot and if the cars are BOTH white and BOTH tanks?
